第123屆廣交會(huì)閉幕新聞發布會(huì)5月5日在廣州廣交會(huì)展館舉行(xíng)。廣交會(huì)副秘書(shū)長、新聞發言人(rén)、中國對外貿易中心副主任徐兵向與會(huì)的境內(nèi)外媒體(tǐ)介紹了本屆廣交會(huì)總體(tǐ)運行(xíng)情況。

徐兵說,第123屆廣交會(huì)是黨的十九大(dà)勝利召開(kāi)之後的首屆廣交會(huì),亦正逢我國改革開(kāi)放40周年,意義重大(dà)。在黨中央、國務院的親切關懷下,在商務部、廣東省人(rén)民政府的高(gāo)度重視(shì)和(hé)正确領導下,本屆廣交會(huì)以習近平新時(shí)代中國特色社會(huì)主義思想為(wèi)指導,深入學習貫徹黨的十九大(dà)精神,堅定不移貫徹新發展理(lǐ)念,牢牢把握高(gāo)質量發展的總要求,全面提升國際化、專業化、市場(chǎng)化和(hé)信息化水(shuǐ)平,更好地發揮全方位對外開(kāi)放平台作(zuò)用,為(wèi)推動我國開(kāi)放型經濟發展和(hé)經貿強國建設作(zuò)出了新的貢獻。

徐兵說,從本屆廣交會(huì)看,大(dà)會(huì)各方堅持高(gāo)質量發展,參展企業在新品研發、品牌培育和(hé)市場(chǎng)多(duō)元化開(kāi)拓方面取得(de)積極進展,智慧廣交會(huì)、綠色廣交會(huì)建設成效顯著。經過全體(tǐ)與會(huì)人(rén)員的共同努力,本屆廣交會(huì)總體(tǐ)運行(xíng)平穩,圓滿完成各項工作(zuò)任務。

徐兵介紹,截至5月3日,第123屆廣交會(huì)采購商到會(huì)203,346人(rén),來(lái)自214個(gè)國家(jiā)和(hé)地區(qū),比2017年春交會(huì)(同比,下同)增長5.3%,為(wèi)5年來(lái)最高(gāo)水(shuǐ)平。

各大(dà)洲采購商到會(huì)人(rén)數(shù)分别為(wèi):亞洲112,585人(rén),占55.37%;歐洲34,830人(rén),占17.13%;美洲33,426人(rén),占16.44%;非洲15,888人(rén),占7.81%;大(dà)洋洲6617人(rén),占3.25%。

各大(dà)洲到會(huì)人(rén)數(shù)全面增長,美洲增長12.76%、歐洲增長8.07%、非洲增長7.24%、大(dà)洋洲增長4.19%、亞洲增長2.29%。

2017年我國十大(dà)貿易夥伴國家(jiā)和(hé)地區(qū)到會(huì)人(rén)數(shù),占到會(huì)總人(rén)數(shù)的61.44%。“一帶一路”沿線國家(jiā)和(hé)地區(qū)采購商到會(huì)90,576人(rén),同比增長3.86%。

到會(huì)人(rén)數(shù)排名前20的國家(jiā)和(hé)地區(qū)占到會(huì)總人(rén)數(shù)的61%。到會(huì)人(rén)數(shù)前10位的國家(jiā)和(hé)地區(qū)為(wèi):中國香港、印度、美國、韓國、中國台灣、泰國、俄羅斯、馬來(lái)西亞、澳大(dà)利亞和(hé)日本。

共有(yǒu)1,076戶國際連鎖采購企業到會(huì)。在2017年最新公布的世界零售商250強企業中有(yǒu)109家(jiā)到會(huì),排名前10位的有(yǒu)5家(jiā),分别為(wèi)沃爾瑪、家(jiā)樂福、施瓦茨、亞馬遜和(hé)阿爾迪。共有(yǒu)來(lái)自6個(gè)國家(jiā)的8家(jiā)跨國企業參加跨采服務,包括美國中央采購有(yǒu)限公司、美國生(shēng)牌、美國史泰博品牌咨詢有(yǒu)限公司、韓國樂扣樂扣株式會(huì)社、芬蘭凱斯科集團、印尼長友(yǒu)集團、西班牙Taurus Group、法國瓯尚集團。

到會(huì)超過10次的老采購商50,758人(rén),增長3.77%。

到會(huì)采購商中,電(diàn)子及家(jiā)電(diàn)類占39.38%,日用消費品類占31.81%、家(jiā)居裝飾品類占28.34%、禮品類占27.42%、機械類占25.88%。

徐兵介紹,截至5月3日,本屆廣交會(huì)累計(jì)出口成交1891.97億元人(rén)民币(折合300.8億美元),比2017年春交會(huì)(同比,下同)增長3.1%,為(wèi)4年來(lái)春交會(huì)最高(gāo)水(shuǐ)平。

機電(diàn)商品仍排在成交首位。機電(diàn)商品成交158.9億美元,占總成交額的52.8%;輕工産品成交80億美元,增長7.6%,占總成交額的26.6%;紡織服裝成交14.2億美元,增長4.1%,占總成交額的4.7%。

品牌展區(qū)成交良好。共成交100.7億美元,占總成交額的33.5%。

對“一帶一路”沿線國家(jiā)出口成交96.7億美元,增長8.8%,占總成交額的32.2%。

成交訂單中,中短(duǎn)單占比居高(gāo)不下,長單占比依然偏低(dī)。3個(gè)月以內(nèi)的短(duǎn)單占42.4% ,3-6個(gè)月的中單占36.6%,6個(gè)月以上(shàng)的長單占20.9%。

廣交會(huì)不斷提升結識客戶、行(xíng)業交流、貿易對接、設計(jì)引領、新品展示、品牌推廣等綜合功能,全國各地商務部門(mén)和(hé)各參展企業充分利用廣交會(huì)的綜合平台作(zuò)用,不斷增強綜合競争實力。本屆廣交會(huì)參展企業從供給側發力,以創新促進轉型升級,把創新作(zuò)為(wèi)引領高(gāo)質量發展的第一動力,在研發、設計(jì)、商業模式等方面持續創新,自主品牌、自主知識産權、智能制(zhì)造、綠色低(dī)碳、個(gè)性定制(zhì)産品不斷增多(duō)。具有(yǒu)外貿競争新優勢的企業取得(de)不俗的出口成效,中國制(zhì)造越來(lái)越多(duō)地獲得(de)境外采購商的點贊。 參展企業大(dà)力開(kāi)拓多(duō)元化市場(chǎng),努力鞏固傳統市場(chǎng)、開(kāi)拓新興市場(chǎng)、挖掘潛在市場(chǎng),以客戶需求為(wèi)導向,開(kāi)發适銷對路的産品,賦予産品新的內(nèi)涵,提升中國制(zhì)造核心競争力。

徐兵說,本屆廣交會(huì)在更高(gāo)層次上(shàng)運用兩個(gè)市場(chǎng)、兩種資源,不斷拓展服務內(nèi)涵,彰顯了“賣全球、買全球”的特色,更好地發揮了全方位對外開(kāi)放平台作(zuò)用。一是擴大(dà)出口的功能持續強化。本屆廣交會(huì)不斷優化展區(qū)展品和(hé)參展企業結構,實施采購商精準營銷、精準邀請(qǐng)和(hé)精準服務,出口成交額保持增長。二是促進進口的作(zuò)用不斷增強。本屆廣交會(huì)進口展區(qū)重點吸引科技(jì)含量高(gāo)、品牌高(gāo)端的工業類産品和(hé)适合中國市場(chǎng)需求的消費類産品參展。來(lái)自美國和(hé)日本的機電(diàn)行(xíng)業巨頭、“一帶一路”沿線國家(jiā)的知名綜合家(jiā)電(diàn)品牌參展成效顯著,泰國、尼泊爾等國家(jiā)展團首次參展就成為(wèi)國內(nèi)采購商和(hé)媒體(tǐ)關注的熱點。日本TimeLab、韓國的NUC和(hé)牙酷牙碧等品牌成功借助廣交會(huì)平台,打通(tōng)進入中國市場(chǎng)“最後一公裏”。埃及、印度等國家(jiā)的參展企業成功與中國企業達成長期合作(zuò)意向,其中印度展團企業共接待境內(nèi)外采購超過300家(jiā),并與50家(jiā)企業達成合作(zuò)意向。本屆還(hái)舉辦了進口展區(qū)境內(nèi)外重要合作(zuò)夥伴評選及交流活動、馬來(lái)西亞展團開(kāi)館儀式、馬來(lái)西亞參展企業與中國采購商貿易對接會(huì)等系列活動,為(wèi)廣大(dà)境內(nèi)外企業搭建了高(gāo)效的溝通(tōng)交流和(hé)貿易配對平台,幫助它們利用廣交會(huì)這一平台,開(kāi)發合作(zuò)資源,拓展中國和(hé)全球市場(chǎng)。三是促成結識新客戶的重要渠道(dào)。本屆廣交會(huì)新采購商與會(huì)踴躍,共有(yǒu)84406人(rén),同比增長8.12%。廣交會(huì)已經成為(wèi)廣大(dà)出口企業結識客戶的主渠道(dào),部分參展企業80%以上(shàng)的客戶都是通(tōng)過廣交會(huì)結識的。四是推介地方特色産業的效果越來(lái)越好。本屆廣交會(huì)攜手廣州、天津、浙江台州、山(shān)東青島、四川成都、四川眉山(shān)、河(hé)北等地舉辦了多(duō)場(chǎng)地方特色産業推介會(huì),組織6大(dà)地方産業集群集中參展,充分利用廣交會(huì)龐大(dà)的國際國內(nèi)資源,推動地方特色産業、優秀企業和(hé)優秀品牌參與國際競争,有(yǒu)效促進了地方開(kāi)放型經濟發展,受到地方、企業和(hé)采購商的普遍歡迎。五是設計(jì)創新引領高(gāo)質量發展。廣交會(huì)通(tōng)過設計(jì)展示、設計(jì)對接服務和(hé)廣交會(huì)出口産品設計(jì)獎,引導廣大(dà)企業提升産品設計(jì)能力和(hé)創新能力。102家(jiā)參展設計(jì)機構共收到設計(jì)服務咨詢16,858宗,其中可(kě)持續跟進的項目占27%,顯示出參展企業和(hé)設計(jì)機構的對接踴躍。廣交會(huì)出口産品設計(jì)獎為(wèi)企業樹(shù)立創新産品和(hé)品牌形象的市場(chǎng)催化作(zuò)用日益顯現,獲獎産品吸引了廣大(dà)采購商的關注,成交效果更好。六是會(huì)議論壇活動助力企業開(kāi)拓國際市場(chǎng)。本屆廣交會(huì)共組織了主題論壇63場(chǎng),涵蓋國際市場(chǎng)、行(xíng)業高(gāo)峰、潮流趨勢、設計(jì)創新、品牌營銷等8大(dà)主題,與會(huì)聽(tīng)衆累計(jì)超過5500人(rén)。成功舉辦了廣交會(huì)(拉美)國際市場(chǎng)論壇、凱斯科集團跨國采購對接會(huì)等。會(huì)議論壇為(wèi)企業開(kāi)拓國際市場(chǎng)提供了更高(gāo)層次和(hé)更具戰略價值的資訊服務。

徐兵介紹,本屆繼續推進智慧廣交會(huì)建設,為(wèi)參展企業和(hé)與會(huì)采購商提供全方位的智慧服務。本屆廣交會(huì)先行(xíng)升級展館A區(qū)無線網絡,Wi-Fi覆蓋率達到95%,網速提升近一倍,流暢性和(hé)穩定性明(míng)顯提升。大(dà)數(shù)據看闆新增Wi-Fi人(rén)流熱力圖,以數(shù)據全面展示廣交會(huì)各方面的情況,為(wèi)展客商與會(huì)提供數(shù)據參考。引入智能辦證新技(jì)術(shù),簡化采購商電(diàn)子服務平台預申請(qǐng)辦證手續,采購商辦證效率持續提升。優化展商展品查詢系統,截至5月3日,展商展品查詢系統有(yǒu)220個(gè)國家(jiā)和(hé)地區(qū)、超過25萬訪客關注,日均訪問量超2.2萬人(rén)次。“品牌櫥窗”專欄廣受關注,有(yǒu)效推動品牌企業推廣品牌形象、開(kāi)拓國際市場(chǎng)。

徐兵說,本屆廣交會(huì)鞏固綠色發展成果,紮實推進《廣交會(huì)綠色發展2.0計(jì)劃》,在綠色展位獎品牌傳播、平台搭建、材料使用、設計(jì)創新、标準制(zhì)定和(hé)産業聯動等方面加大(dà)力度,綠色發展質量和(hé)效益全面提升。首次舉辦“廣交會(huì)綠色展位獎頒獎儀式”,為(wèi)第122屆綠色展位獎獲獎企業進行(xíng)頒獎。開(kāi)展第123屆廣交會(huì)綠色展位獎評選活動,共有(yǒu)466個(gè)特裝展位申報評選。廣交會(huì)展館環境進一步改善,展覽固體(tǐ)廢物與上(shàng)屆相比大(dà)幅減少(shǎo),一、二期分别減少(shǎo)了16.6%和(hé)27.8%,綠色展位搭建成本明(míng)顯下降,綠色展位結構安全系數(shù)提高(gāo),現場(chǎng)展示效果全面提升。

徐兵說,本屆廣交會(huì)繼續築牢知識産權保護之盾,通(tōng)過專業高(gāo)效的知識産權保護工作(zuò),為(wèi)創新驅動發展保駕護航。共受理(lǐ)知識産權投訴案件421宗,533家(jiā)參展企業被投訴,269家(jiā)企業最終被認定涉嫌侵權。與上(shàng)屆相比,受理(lǐ)案件減少(shǎo)133宗,被投訴企業總數(shù)減少(shǎo)197家(jiā),被認定涉嫌侵權企業總數(shù)減少(shǎo)61家(jiā)。共受理(lǐ)貿易糾紛投訴案件49宗,比上(shàng)屆增加6宗。廣交會(huì)高(gāo)效的知識産權保護工作(zuò)和(hé)健全的機制(zhì),全面提升了參展企業重視(shì)知識産權、遵守知識産權保護法律法規的意識,營造了公平的貿易營商環境,提升了廣交會(huì)作(zuò)為(wèi)全球知名品牌的信用度。與此同時(shí),在當今中國啓動新一輪全方位對外開(kāi)放之際,廣交會(huì)知識産權保護工作(zuò)向世界傳遞了中國鼓勵創新、依法嚴格保護知識産權的堅定立場(chǎng)和(hé)鮮明(míng)态度,提升了全球和(hé)中國發展經貿關系的信心。

徐兵表示,本屆廣交會(huì)深入貫徹落實黨中央、國務院關于脫貧攻堅的戰略部署和(hé)國務院支持外貿發展的有(yǒu)關精神,通(tōng)過設立貧困地區(qū)特色産品展區(qū)、對貧困地區(qū)企業免收展位費等系列舉措,全力幫助貧困地區(qū)的外貿發展。本屆廣交會(huì)共有(yǒu)貧困地區(qū)參展企業628家(jiā),涉及45個(gè)展區(qū)13大(dà)類商品,其中貧困地區(qū)特色産品展區(qū)共有(yǒu)21個(gè)交易團的179家(jiā)企業參展,展位規模位居前三的是:食品 63.50%、男女裝6.50%、醫(yī)藥及醫(yī)療保健類6.00%。大(dà)會(huì)針對貧困地區(qū)參展企業采取了有(yǒu)針對性的參展培訓和(hé)成交指導,幫助企業提振了參展信心,有(yǒu)力促進了出口成交。參展企業表示,廣交會(huì)為(wèi)他們學習借鑒同行(xíng)先進經營理(lǐ)念、拓寬國際視(shì)野提供了絕佳機會(huì),他們将把先進理(lǐ)念和(hé)經驗帶回去,惠及更多(duō)貧困地區(qū)企業。衆多(duō)參展企業通(tōng)過廣交會(huì)展示了企業形象、結識了大(dà)量客戶、了解到了最新國際市場(chǎng)行(xíng)情和(hé)流行(xíng)趨勢,成功開(kāi)拓了海外市場(chǎng),從而為(wèi)打好脫貧攻堅戰、帶動貧困地區(qū)外貿及經濟發展奠定了良好基礎。

徐兵說,本屆廣交會(huì)繼續加強了展位使用管理(lǐ),對違規使用展位企業進行(xíng)了查處和(hé)通(tōng)報,共處理(lǐ)了18家(jiā)違規使用展位的企業,維護了廣交會(huì)現場(chǎng)的洽談秩序。認真落實商務部、廣東省、廣州市對安保工作(zuò)的部署要求,按照人(rén)防、技(jì)防、物防并舉的思路,加強聯動協作(zuò),嚴格落實各項安保措施,完善各類突發事件應急預案,構建全面安全防控體(tǐ)系,以更嚴要求、更高(gāo)标準、更實措施全力保障安全。本屆廣交會(huì)運行(xíng)安全平穩,無暴恐襲擊、火(huǒ)災、食物中毒、重大(dà)傳染病疫情、交通(tōng)癱瘓等各類事件發生(shēng),為(wèi)廣大(dà)中外客商洽談成交創造了安全祥和(hé)的環境。 The closing press conference of the 123rd Canton Fair was held on May 5th at the Guangzhou Canton Fair Exhibition Hall. Xu Bing said that the 123rd Canton Fair was the first Canton Fair after the victory of the party's 19th National Congress. It is also the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening up. Under the cordial care of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, under the great attention and correct leadership of the Ministry of Commerce and the Guangdong Provincial People's Government, this session of the Canton Fair will guide and study the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China under the guidance of Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. We will unswervingly implement the new development concept, firmly grasp the general requirements for high-quality development, comprehensively enhance the level of internationalization, specialization, marketization and informatization, and give full play to the role of the all-round open platform to promote China's open type. Xu Bing said that from the current Canton Fair, all parties in the conference adhered to high-quality development, and exhibitors made positive progress in new product research and development, brand cultivation and market diversification. The construction of the Wisdom Canton Fair and the Green Canton Fair was remarkable. Thanks to the joint efforts of all the participants, the current Canton Fair has been running smoothly and successfully completed various tasks.

Xu Bing introduced that as of May 3, the 123rd Canton Fair buyers had 203,346 visitors from 214 countries and regions, which was 5.3% higher than the 2017 Spring Fair (year-on-year, the same below), the highest level in five years.

The number of buyers from all continents was 112,585 in Asia, accounting for 55.37%; 34,830 in Europe, accounting for 17.13%; 33,426 in the Americas, accounting for 16.44%; 15,888 in Africa, accounting for 7.81%; and 6617 in Oceania, accounting for 3.25%.

The number of participants in all continents increased across the board, with the Americas growing by 12.76%, Europe by 8.07%, Africa by 7.24%, Oceania by 4.19%, and Asia by 2.29%.

In 2017, the number of participants in China's top ten trading partners countries and regions accounted for 61.44% of the total number of participants. The number of buyers from countries and regions along the “Belt and Road” reached 90,576, an increase of 3.86% year-on-year.

The top 20 countries and regions in the meeting accounted for 61% of the total number of participants. The top 10 countries and regions are: Hong Kong, China, India, the United States, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Russia, Malaysia, Australia and Japan.

A total of 1,076 international chain purchasing companies attended the meeting. In 2017, 109 of the world's top 250 retailers were announced, and five of the top 10 were Wal-Mart, Carrefour, Schwarz, Amazon and Aldi. A total of 8 multinational companies from 6 countries participated in cross-harvest services, including US Central Purchasing Co., Ltd., American Sauer, American Staples Brand Consulting Co., Ltd., Korea Lock & Lox Co., Ltd., Finnish Kesko Group, Indonesian Friends Group, Tarurus Group of Spain, France Fashion Group.

The number of old buyers who have attended more than 10 times will reach 50,758, an increase of 3.77%.

Among the buyers, electronics and home appliances accounted for 39.38%, consumer goods accounted for 31.81%, home decorations accounted for 28.34%, gifts accounted for 27.42%, and machinery accounted for 25.88%.

Xu Bing introduced that as of May 3, the cumulative export turnover of the current Canton Fair was 189.197 billion yuan (US$30.08 billion), an increase of 3.1% over the spring exchange of 2017 (year-on-year, the same below), the highest level in the four-year spring fair.

Mechanical and electrical goods are still ranked first in the transaction. The turnover of mechanical and electrical goods was 15.89 billion US dollars, accounting for 52.8% of the total turnover; the turnover of light industrial products was 8 billion US dollars, up 7.6%, accounting for 26.6% of the total turnover; the turnover of textile and apparel was 1.42 billion US dollars, up 4.1%, accounting for the total turnover. 4.7%.

The brand exhibition area was in good condition. A total of 10.07 billion US dollars, accounting for 33.5% of the total turnover.

The export turnover of the countries along the “Belt and Road” was US$ 9.67 billion, an increase of 8.8%, accounting for 32.2% of the total turnover.

Among the transaction orders, the proportion of short-term orders was high, and the proportion of long-term orders was still low. Short orders within 3 months accounted for 42.4%, those with 3-6 months accounted for 36.6%, and those with more than 6 months accounted for 20.9%.

The Canton Fair has continuously improved the comprehensive functions of meeting customers, industry exchanges, trade docking, design leadership, new product display, brand promotion, etc. The business departments and exhibiting enterprises across the country have fully utilized the comprehensive platform of the Canton Fair to continuously enhance their comprehensive competitiveness. Exhibitors of this session of the Canton Fair will exert their strength from the supply side, promote transformation and upgrading with innovation, and take innovation as the first driving force to lead high-quality development. They will continue to innovate in research and development, design, business model, etc., independent brands, independent intellectual property rights, and intelligent manufacturing. Green, low-carbon, personalized custom products are increasing. Xu Bing said that the current Canton Fair will use two markets and two resources at a higher level to continuously expand the service connotation, highlighting the characteristics of “selling the world and buying the world”, and better exerting the role of a comprehensive open platform. First, the function of expanding exports continued to strengthen. The Canton Fair will continue to optimize the exhibits and exhibitors' structure in the exhibition area, implement precise marketing, precise invitation and precise services from buyers, and the export turnover will continue to grow. Second, the role of promoting imports has been continuously enhanced. The International Pavilion of the Canton Fair will focus on attracting high-tech products, high-end industrial products and consumer products suitable for the Chinese market. The well-known comprehensive home appliance brands from the electromechanical giants in the United States and Japan and the countries along the “Belt and Road” have achieved remarkable results. The national exhibitors from Thailand and Nepal have become the hotspots of domestic buyers and media for the first time. Japan's TimeLab, South Korea's NUC and Toothuchi have successfully used the Canton Fair platform to open the "last mile" into the Chinese market. Exhibitors from countries such as Egypt and India have successfully reached long-term cooperation intentions with Chinese companies. Among them, Indian pavilion companies have received more than 300 domestic and overseas purchases and reached cooperation intentions with 50 companies. This year also held a series of activities such as the selection and exchange of important partners inside and outside the import exhibition area, the opening ceremony of the Malaysian pavilion, the trade meeting between Malaysian exhibitors and Chinese buyers, and established efficient communication and communication for domestic and foreign enterprises. The trade matching platform helps them use the Canton Fair platform to develop cooperation resources and expand the Chinese and global markets. The third is to promote an important channel for meeting new customers. The new buyers of the Canton Fair were enthusiastic, with a total of 84,406 people, an increase of 8.12%. The Canton Fair has become the main channel for exporting enterprises to meet customers. More than 80% of the customers of some exhibitors have met through the Canton Fair. Fourth, the effect of promoting local specialty industries is getting better and better. The Canton Fair has cooperated with Guangzhou, Tianjin, Zhejiang Taizhou, Shandong Qingdao, Sichuan Chengdu, Sichuan Meishan, Hebei and other places to hold a number of local special industry promotion conferences, organized the participation of six major local industrial clusters, and fully utilized the vast international and domestic resources of the Canton Fair.
